Dijon-Corn Polish Sausage - Grilled polish sausage topped with a roasted
corn Dijon mustard cream sauce and served on a homemade hot dog bun.

Thurs, Aug 15~ Chicken Gouda - Breast of chicken lightly breaded, sautéed
with wild mushrooms, crisp bacon, finished in a gouda cream sauce, served
over mashed potatoes.
$8.50.

Fri, Aug 16~ Creole Barbecue Shrimp - Gulf shrimp sautéed with Creole
spices, andouille sausage, roasted corn, red bell peppers, served over
steamed white rice and topped with a creamy Creole barbecue sauce and
garnished with green onions. $9.00 each

Sat, Aug 17~ Smoked Chicken & Chorizo Quesadilla - Flour tortillas filled
with smoked chicken, chorizo, cheddar cheese, caramelized piquillo peppers,
chargrilled and served with a side of sour cream and fresh salsa. $9.00
each.
