Thurs, May 23~ Smoked Chicken Enchiladas - Smoked chicken & green chives
simmered in a smoked cheese sauce. Wrapped in a flour tortilla and baked in
a roasted garlic cream sauce. Topped with homemade salsa. Whole $8.75, Half
$5.50.
Fri, May 24~ French Dip - Sliced Prime Rib dipped in au jus. Served on a
house made hoagie with a side of au jus. $9 each.
Sat, May 25~ Bourbon Glazed Turkey - Sliced Bourbon turkey, bacon, provolone
cheese, lettuce, tomato, and citrus bbq sauce. Served on Wheat berry bread.
$7.50 each.
