Thurs, May 30th~

Special:
Spicy Italian - Salami, pepperoni, mayo, red pepper vinaigrette, beaver
mustard, lettuce and tomato. Served on a toasted onion bun. $8 each.

Creole, Roasted Corn & Sausage.

Link of the Week:
Andouille Sausage - Topped with a creole chopped pickle remoulade. Served on
our house made hot dog bun.

Fri, May 31~ Philly Cheese steak - Sliced prime, caramelized peppers and
onions, spicy nacho cheese on a homemade hoagie. $9 each.

Sat, Jun 1~ Chicken Carbonara - Grilled marinated breast of chicken topped
with a bacon parmesan cream sauce. Served over mashed potatoes. $8.50 each.
