Chicken Carbonara - Marinated breast of chicken, pan seared, topped with a
wild mushroom-bacon white wine parmesan cream sauce and served over mashed

Creole Corn & Andouille Sausage - Grilled Andouille sausage topped with a
roasted corn Creole mustard relish, mozzarella cheese and served on a

Fri, June 28~ Braised Pork Shoulder - Pork shoulder rubbed with coriander
cumin spice rub, slow braised, pulled, served over mashed potatoes and
natural pork gravy. $9.00 each.

Sat, June 29~ Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich - Thinly sliced prime rib dipped
in au jus, topped with caramelized onions & peppers, nacho cheese & served
on a homemade hoagie roll. $10.00 each.
