Special: Smoked Southwest Chicken Wrap - Smoked chicken, green chilies, pico
de gallo roasted corn, sour cream cheddar cheese wrapped in a flour
tortilla. Whole $9.00, $6.00 Half.

roasted corn Creole mustard relish, mozzarella cheese and served on a
homemade hot dog bun.

Tues, June 25~ Buffalo Chicken Sandwich - Thinly sliced Buffalo style
chicken topped with Swiss cheese, cucumber, lettuce, tomato and a bleu
cheese aioli on homemade wheat berry bread. $8.00 each.

Wed, June 26~ Turkey 'N Tators - Roasted turkey breast served over our house
made bread with mashed potatoes and gravy. Whole $7, Half $5.

Thurs, June 27~ Chicken Carbonara - Marinated breast of chicken, pan seared,
topped with a wild mushroom-bacon white wine parmesan cream sauce and served
over mashed potatoes. $9.00 each.

Fri, June 28~ Braised Pork Shoulder - Pork shoulder rubbed with coriander
cumin spice rub, slow braised, pulled, served over mashed potatoes and
natural pork gravy. $9.00 each.

Sat, June 29~ Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich - Thinly sliced prime rib dipped
in au jus, topped with caramelized onions & peppers, nacho cheese & served
on a homemade hoagie roll. $10.00 each.
