Ancho Corn Andouille Sausage - Andouille sausage on a homemade hot dog bun
topped with an ancho pepper roasted corn cream sauce. $4.50 each.

Thurs, Sept 19~ Toasted Walnut and Green Apple Turkey Salad Sandwich -
Turkey salad made with diced green apple, toasted walnuts, and green onions
on toasted homemade wheatberry bread topped with sliced roma tomatoes and
lettuce. $8.00 each.

Fri, Sept 20~ Piquillo Barbeque Turkey Sandwich - Pulled breast of turkey in
piquillo pepper barbeque sauce topped with pineapple pecan relish and served
on a homemade onion bun. $8.00 each.

Sat, Sept 21~ Orange Chicken Wrap - Orange marinated breast of chicken
chargrilled and julienned, served on a flour tortilla, topped with shredded
lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and an orange cream cheese spread. $8.50.
