Southwest Turkey Casserole - A creamy casserole with roast turkey, green
chilies, cheddar cheese, white rice and southwest seasonings. Served over
tortilla chips and topped with cheese and salsa.

cheese and jalapeno peppers.

Tues, May 1st~ Roast Chicken Sheppard's Pie - A stew of roasted chicken,
carrots, onions and celery topped with mashed potatoes and parmesan cheese.
Whole $7.50, Half $4.50.

Wed, May 2nd~ Turkey 'N Tators - Roasted turkey breast served over house
made bread with mashed potatoes and gravy. Whole $6.50, Half $4.50.

Thurs, May 3rd~ Philly Cheese Steak Sammy - Grilled flat iron steak with
sauteed onions and peppers, a cheddar cheese sauce all served on a house
made focaccia bun. $8.50 each. Sorry, no halves.

Fri, May 4th~ Grilled Chicken Caprese - Strips of grilled chicken breast,
marinated mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, basil and garlic and butter croutons
served on a bed of romaine lettuce. Whole $8, Half $5.

Sat, May 5th~ Pulled Pork Tacos - Seasoned pulled pork, a southwest sauce,
lettuce, tomatoes and cheddar cheese on a soft flour tortilla. $7.50 each.
Sorry, no halves.
