asparagus & parmesan cheese, served on a housemade hotdog bun. $4.50.

served over white rice & summer squash, topped with cashews, pickled carrots &
green onions. $8.00.

Weds, April 30~ Turkey 'N Tators - Roasted turkey breast served with mashed
potatoes & gravy over our housemade bread. $5.00 half, $7.00 whole.

Thurs, May 1~ Beef Goulash - Goulash made with seasoned ground beef, Penne pasta
& red wine tomato sauce, topped with shredded mozzarella cheese & green onions.
$5.00 half, $8.00 whole.

Fri, May 2~ Sweet KC Barbeque Turkey Sliders - Pulled turkey tossed in a sweet
Kansas City style barbeque sauce, topped with walnut aioli & caramelized leeks,
served on honey oat slider buns. $4.00 half, $7.00 whole.

Sat, May 3~ Open Face Prime Rib Sandwich - Deli sliced prime rib dipped in au
jus, served over deli mashed potatoes & our house made white bread, topped with
a roasted corn cream sauce & green onions. $10.00.
