Thurs, Feb 24~ Cajun Meatloaf - A spicy meatloaf glazed with a whiskey bbq
sauce served over cornbread stuffing and finished with a Cajun brown gravy.
$8 each.

Fri, Feb 25~ Cable Car Tuna Casserole - Chunky tuna Casserole - Chunky tuna
casserole with egg noodles, cheddar cheese, celery, onions, peppers, water
chestnuts and toasted almonds in a creamy sauce. Half $4.50, Whole $7.50.

Sat, Feb 26~ Grilled Chicken Tostada - Seasoned grilled chicken, refried
beans, lettuce, pico, cilantro-lime sour cream, and bacon bits on a crispy
fried flour tortilla. $8 each.
