Mon, Feb 18~

Special:
Meat and Cheese Burrito - Seasoned ground beef and pork sausage, green
chilies, peppers, onions and cheddar cheese wrapped up in a flour tortilla d
baked to a golden brown. Topped with an enchilada sauce, more cheddar cheese
and tomatoes. $8 each.

Soup:
Cream of Potato & Bacon.

Link of the Week:
Mushroom Swiss Dog - Grilled all beef hot dog topped with sautéed mushroom,
Swiss cheese and red pepper aioli in our house made hot dog bun.

Tues, Feb 19~ Chicken and Sausage Pot Pie - A stew of roasted chicken, pork
sausage, potatoes, celery, carrots, and onions topped with parmesan cheese
and a flakey pastry square. $8 each.

Wed, Feb 20~ Turkey 'N Tators - Roasted turkey breast served over our house
made bread with mashed potatoes and gravy. Whole $6.50, Half $4.50.

Thurs, Feb 21~ Cajun Meatloaf - A spicy meatloaf glazed with a whiskey bbq
sauce served over cornbread stuffing and finished with a Cajun brown gravy.

Fri, Feb 22~ Portabella Lasagna - Traditional style lasagna but with grilled
portabella mushrooms. Topped with more marinara sauce and cheese. Served
with a side of garlic bread. Half $5, Whole $9.

Sat, Feb 23~ Tex-Mex Grilled Chicken Sammy - Seasoned grilled chicken with
bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, cilantro-lime sour cream and red
pepper aioli in a hoagie style bun. $9 each.
