Monday, February 4th~

Special:

Southwest Turkey Casserole - Slow roasted pulled turkey with white rice,
green chilies, peppers, onions and cheddar cheese in a creamy southwest
sauce; topped with cheddar cheese and tomatoes and with tortilla chips on
the side. Whole $8, Half $5.

Rodeo Sausage - Grilled Andouille sausage with sautéed onions, whiskey BBQ
sauce and bacon bits.

Tues, Feb 5th~ Smothered Chicken - Grilled chicken breast smothered in a
Cajun gravy and served over dirty rice; topped with tomatoes and cheddar
cheese. $8.50 each.

Wed, Feb 6th~ Turkey 'N Tators - Roasted turkey breast served over our
house made bread with mashed potatoes and gravy. Whole $6.50, Half $4.50.

Thurs, Feb 7th~ Philly Chicken Sammy - Grilled chicken breast strips,
sautéed onions and peppers, bacon and cheddar cheese sauce in a hoagie bun.
$8.50 each.

Fri, Feb 8th~ Cable Car Tuna Casserole - Creamy tuna casserole with egg
noodles, toasted almonds, celery, onions, peppers, water chestnuts and
cheddar cheese. Whole $7.50, Half $4.50.

Sat, Feb 9th~ Hot Prime Po' Boy - Thin sliced prime rib in au jus, beer
battered onions, lettuce, tomatoes and red pepper aioli in a hoagie bun.
$9.00 each.
