Special:
Grilled Chicken Fajita~ Spicy lime marinated breast of chicken chargrilled
topped with caramelized onions, lettuce, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and
fresh lime juice served on a tortilla. $8.50 each.

Link of the Week:
Smoked Red Pepper and Tomato Andouille Sausage~ An Andouille sausage topped
with a smoked red pepper, tomato, fresh herb sauce and parmesan cheese
served on a housemade hotdog bun. $4.50 each.

Tues, Dec 10th~ Cajun Turkey Sandwich on Naan - Deli sliced Cajun turkey
breast toped with Swiss cheese, spring mix, and a smoked red pepper aioli
served on Naan bread. $8.50 each.

Wed, Dec 11th~ Turkey and Tators - Roasted turkey breast served over our
housemade bread with mashed potatoes and gravy. Whole $7, Half $5.

Thurs, Dec 12th~ Piquillo Barbeque Pork Sandwich - Braised and pulled pork
shoulder in a piquillo barbeque sauce topped with grilled pineapple and a
citrus leek slaw served on homemade wheat berry bread. $8.50 each.

Fri, Dec 13th~ Shepherd's Pie - Ground beef casserole with mashed potatoes,
carrots, onions, peas and cheddar cheese topped with bacon gravy. Whole $9,
Half $6.

Sat, Dec 14th~ K-State Graduation. Congrats graduates! The Deli will be
closed. Instead, we will have full-service lunch service in the main dining
