Cowboy Casserole - A casserole with Flat Iron steak, mushrooms, onions, red
peppers, cheddar cheese and white rice in a southwest gravy. Served over
tortilla chips. Whole $7.50, Half $4.50.

Picnic Dog - A grilled Bratwurst served over tator salad and topped with
mustard and pickle relish.

Tues, June 5th~ Drunk Chicken - A stew of roasted chicken, bacon, mushroom,
and onions in a red wine and brandy sauce. Served over white rice. Whole
$7.50, Half $4.50.

Wed, June 6th~ Turkey 'N Tators - Roasted turkey breast served over house
made bread with mashed potatoes and gravy. Whole $6.50, Half $4.50.

Thurs, June 7th~ Hot Italian Sammy - Pepperoni, Ham, and Salami with sautéed
onions and mushrooms, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses and marinara sauce on
a house made Focaccia bread. Whole $8.50. Sorry, no halves.

Fri, June 8th~ Cable Car Tuna Casserole - Tuna, water chestnuts, red and
green peppers, almonds, onions, and egg noodles in a creamy dill sauce.
Topped with cheddar cheese and toasted almonds. Whole $7.50, Half $4.50.

Sat, June 9th~ Meatball Sliders - Beef and pork sausage meatball marinara
sauce and mozzarella cheese on a cocktail bun. $2.50 each.
