Mon, Dec 17th~

Special:
Beef Tortilla - Strips of flat iron steak with red and green peppers, onions
and roasted corn in a southwest brown sauce served over crispy fried flour
tortillas and topped with tomatoes and cheddar cheese. Half $5, Whole $8.

Grilled beer bratwurst topped with bacon bits, cream cheese and a brown
sugar whiskey glaze in our house made hot dog bun.

Tues, Dec 18~ Texas Chili - Chunks of prime rib meat in a spicy chili served
over white rice. Topped with tomatoes and cheddar cheese. Half $5, Whole $8.

Wed, Dec 19~ Turkey 'N Tators - Roasted turkey breast served over house made
bread with mashed potatoes and gravy. Whole $6.50, Half $4.50.

Thurs, Dec 20~ Italian Grilled Cheese - Mozzarella, provolone and parmesan
cheeses with fresh basil, tomatoes, and a roasted corn pesto on Italian
bread an Panini grilled. Au jus or marinara sauce for dipping $7.

Fri, Dec 21~ Beef Stroganoff - Strips of prime rib with mushrooms, onions
and egg noodles in a creamy brown sauce. Served with garlic bread. Half $5,
Whole $8.

Sat, Dec 22~ Grilled Chicken Nachos - Seasoned grilled chicken strips,
bacon, tomatoes, jalapenos, roasted corn, queso, red pepper aioli and
cilantro-lime sour cream over corn tortilla chip. Half $5, Whole $8.
