Fri, July 27~ Smothered Chicken - Grilled chicken breast in a southwest
gravy served over dirty rice and topped with cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and
bacon bits. $8 each.

Sat, July 28~ Tostada - Seasoned beef refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes,
cheddar cheese and salsa on a deep fried flour tortilla. $7 each.
