Beef and Cheese Grilled Enchiladas - Seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese,
onions and green chilies in a flour tortilla; topped with enchilada sauce,

adding cheese, onions and/or beans. Whole $7.50, Half $4.50.

Wed, Jan 11th~ Turkey 'n Tators - Roasted turkey breast served over
housemade bread with mashed potatoes and gravy. Whole $6, Half $4.

Thurs, Jan 12th~ Drunk Chicken - Roasted chicken with bacon, mushrooms,
onions and mozzarella cheese in a rich vodka sauce; served over rice. Whole
$7.50, Half $4.50.

Fri, Jan 13th~ Beef Tortilla Casserole - Ground beef in a savory southwest
gravy with onions, tomatoes, green peppers and cheddar cheese; topped with
crisp fried tortilla ribbons. Whole $7.50, Half $4.50.

Sat, Jan 14th~ Grandma's Chicken Noodle - Grilled chicken with carrots,
onions, celery and egg noodles in a veloute sauce; served over mashed
potatoes. Whole $7.50, Half $4.50.
