Thurs, Sept 2~ Chicken and Sausage Pot Pie - Pan fried chicken breast,
seasoned ground sausage and sautéed veggies baked in a velouté sauce with a
crumbly crust.

Fri, Sept 3~ Lasagna - Traditional lasagna with group beef and mushrooms,
three cheeses and an Italian tomato sauce. Thick slice of garlic bread on
